HOW TO MAKE CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 cups of shredded carrots (5 medium)
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 cup of crisco shortening stick (1 stick) butter flavor *room temperature *
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp of baking powder
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1 (8oz) of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of butter, softened
2 tsp of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
4 cups of powdered sugar
~OPTIONAL
nutmeg
