INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes
1/2 – 1 cup of cheese
2 tbsps of butter
1 tbsps of corn starch
1/4 tsp menudo mix
black pepper (to taste)
seasoned salt (to taste)
SALSA:
4 tomatoes
3 serrano chiles
4 chile de árbol (optional)
1/2 cup water
salt (to taste)
GARNISH:
lettuce
cheese
sour cream
salsa
