Makes – 1 1/2 Cups
Ingredients –
1 – Lebanese Cucumber (See Notes)
8g (0.2oz) – Fresh Dill (See Notes)
1 tsp (5g) – Sea Salt Flakes
Brine –
100ml (3.3floz) – Cold Water
150ml (5floz) – White Wine Vinegar (See Notes)
50g (1.7oz) – White Granulated Sugar
Recipe Notes & Substitutes –
Lebanese Cucumber – Can be substituted for 1/2 a Continental Cucumber.
Dill – Can be substituted for Tarragon
Fresh – 8g (0.2oz)
Dried – 2 tsp (2g)
If using dried herbs, I recommend a combination of both Dill and Tarragon to create a better flavour. For this recipe, use 1 tsp (1g) of each.
