HOW TO MAKE ENFRIJOLADAS DE QUESO

Corn Tortillas
2 cups of cooked beans
bean juice as needed
cotija cheese
queso chihuahua
oil
1 guajillo chile
3 chili de arbol
1 garlic clove
piece of onion
2 tbsp chipotle peppers
in adobo sauce
