How to make the best Lemon Filled Donuts.
Here’s what you’ll need:
LEMON FILLING:
1 tbsp of lemon zest
1 cup of sugar(100g)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 whole eggs and 2 yolks
1/2 cup unsalted butter
DONUT DOUGH:
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 cups bread flour or all purpose flour (375g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup butter (60g)
This recipe yields 10 donuts.
-You can also bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes.
-Airfry at 150C for 15-18 minutes.
