HOW TO MAKE MEXICAN RICE CAKES IN RED SAUCE
Hello my beautiful family, today i made a recipe from a request of one of my beautiful subscriber, which was these yummy & delicious Mexican Rice Cakes in Red Sauce. Hope you guys enjoy 🙂

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of long grain rice
1/2 cup of queso cotija
5 eggs (room temperature)
oil
~SAUCE:
6 chiles guajillo
4 puya chiles
2 tomatoes
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp of oregano
1/4 tsp of cumin
8 whole black peppers
2 tbsps of chicken bouillon
1 1/2 cups of water (you will need 3 cups of water for later)
