1gallon or 3.785L – Whole Milk Cold
1cup or 237ml – Non Chlorinated Water (Spring Water)
1 1/4tsp – Citric Acid
1/2cup or 118ml – Non Chlorinated Water
1/2tsp – Vegetable Rennet
Salt – tt
Mozzarella Cheese Without Rennet
1/2gallon or 1.892 – Whole Milk
1/2cup or 118ml – White Vinegar
