How to make Omelet-Stuffed Biscuits with Pillsbury Biscuits?
1.Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2.In a nonstick skillet, melt 1 Tbs butter over medium heat. Pour in 3 eggs, 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, spinach you can also add fully cooked chopped bacon. Cook until eggs are set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
3.Cut on 1 side of a biscuit, forming a pocket. Place egg mixture inside.
4.Press dough over filling, sealing edge of biscuit; place on cookie sheet.
5.Bake 16 minutes or until golden brown.
These are really delicious as breakfast or snack and you can adjust the omelet recipe to your liking the possibilities are endless!
