1/4 cup unsweetened 100% cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1 cup butter (200g) (softened)
300g cream cheese
3 cups icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
