1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg
2 tablespoons sugar (30g)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (406g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g) softened
6 jumbo hotdogs (cooked)
shredded mozzarella cheese
pepperonis
This recipe yields 6 Sausage Breads
