Ingredients：
*Dark Chocolate 35g
*Vegetable Oil 20g
*Eggs 2p
*Cake Flour 35g
*Lemon Juice 2ml
*Sugar 30g
*Salt 2g

Bake at 150 for 45 minutes

Size of Mold : 6 inches
Tips：
1. Keep the chocolate and egg yolk pastry warm while beating egg white.
2. Beat the egg white until it has firm peaks.
3. Do not use a non-stick mold, as a non-stick mold will make the cake unable to rise. If you only have non-stick molds, put a baking paper.
4. If you use a mold that is not hollow in the middle, all the ingredients in the recipe are multiplied by 1.5.
