ingredients
for cake:
½ cup milk
¾ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
red food colour
¾ cup sugar
1 & ¼ cup flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
First mix the wet ingredients with sugar
then add the dry ingredients and mix.
your cupcake batter is ready
bake at 160°c for 25 to 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
For cream
½ cup cream cheese
2 & ½ tbsp icing sugar
1 cup cold whipping cream
First mix the cream cheese and icing sugar
Then add the whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
Frost your cupcakes after they have completely cooled.
