Immunity Booster Juice Recipe | Multivitamin healthy drink | Healthy Immunity Booster Drink
This recipe of Immunity booster juice is full of Vitamin C, Antioxidants, fibers, minerals, and iron. We have included goodness of 6 superfoods in this magic drink which are Apple, beetroot, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon and Oranges. These all ingredients are packed with nutrients and vitamins and helps to prevent viral infections. Please find the full recipe below:-
Servings: 2 Glasses
Ingredients:
• Beetroot – 1
• Carrots – 2
• Apple – 1
• Ginger – 1 to 2 inch
• Orange – 2
• Lemon – 1
• Water – 1 and 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1. Squeeze out the juice of 1 lemon and 2 oranges and keep aside.
2. In a mixer grinder and all other ingredients and grind to make juice out of it.
3. Strain with help of cloth or strainer using spatula.
4. Do not discard the puree as can be stored in fridge and used later for chapatis, idli, dosa and for gravies.
5. Add lemon and orange juice in it and mix well.
6. Include it in your routine once or twice a week.
