Ingredients:
chicken legs – 1 kg (2.2 lb)
onion – 2 pieces
butter – 50 g (1.76 oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
coriander – 5 g (0.18 oz)
tomato sauce – 200 g (7 oz)
Over low fire with lid for 30 min
