I’ve stolen chips from my kids! Otherwise I wouldn’t cook the tastiest chicken breast
Ingredients:
chicken breast – 400 g (14 oz)
chips – 100 g (3.5 oz)
eggs – 2 pieces
oil – 120 ml (½ cup)
Cook over medium fire for 8 min
for the sauce:
tomato paste – 80 g (2.82 oz)
soy sauce – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
mustard – 15 g (½ oz)
salt – 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
for the saute:
olive oil – 15 ml (1 tbsp)
bell pepper – 200 g (7 oz)
zucchini – 150 g (5.3 oz)
mushrooms – 150 g (5.3 oz)
Cook over medium fire for 15 min
