Late March Garden
The late March garden at Deep South Texas finally has all of its tomatoes planted. They are doing well. Green beans are starting to form, and the onions are starting to bulb up. The carrots, turnips, sugar snap peas and most of the cabbage has been harvested. Growing corn in the Three Sisters method this year. Yukon Gold potatoes are coming along, and have harvested some red potatoes for dinner one night this week. All looking good.
