Ingredients:
To Season & Marinade Fish
3 – Branzino Fish. You may use any fish of your choice
1/4tsp – Sage or tt
1/4tsp – Onion Power or tt
1/4tsp – Ground Anise or tt
1/2tsp – Ground Cumin or tt
1/4tsp – Ground Ginger or tt
1/4tsp – Garlic Powder or tt
1/4tsp – Salt or tt
1tsp – Shrimp Seasoning or Seasoning of Choice tt
Oil for frying
For Stew
1/2 – Medium Onion Sliced
Blend together
1 – Large Onion
1 – Habanero Pepper or tt
1 – Spice Blend Cube
Also Blend Together
1/2 – Medium Onion
1 – Large Ted Bell Pepper
1 – 28oz Can Diced Tomato about 10 medium sized fresh Tomatoes
1tbsp – Rosemary
Shrimp Seasoning or seasoning of choice – tt
Shrimp Powder – tt (Optional)
Salt – tt
