Let’s Make Carrot Chips
Today we are making carrot chips at Deep South Texas. I had a bountiful carrot harvest this year with some very large diameter carrots. These large carrots are perfect for making carrot chips. I will leave the recipe below.
Carrot Chip Recipe
2 lbs carrots, sliced thin
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Bake in 425 F oven for 12 minutes
Turn and continue to bake for another 10 minutes
