This is our first front load washing machine and it exceeded our expectations. The wash quality is excellent….way better than the top load. Our previous LG top load machine never washed the load properly and left the dirt as is on the clothes. The features are great and useful.

The extra money you pay for the front load machine is worth. Few of my friends who also bought front load machine also confirmed that it is way better than the top load.

It also uses less water which is good. This model has WiFi so you can operate it remotely as well. In case of any error it can send the diagnostics to you phone using LG phone app.

Once balanced properly, the vibrations are minimal.

Overall, excellent machine.

PROS:
1. As promised, it comes with latest features of LG.
2. Looks are very Premiuim and Silver color is very dear.
3. Spin is silent and 1200 RPM is usually more than enough, but this comes with a 1400 RPM which makes it too good.
4. Easy to use Wifi option using LG Smart app on phones.
5. This comes with a Steam and In-Built heater which is very useful in winters.
6. Very Sturdy and wash quality is awesome – Uses very little water, so it is really a 5 star product.

CONS:
1. Cannot customize cylces and the time is fixed. Basic cylce is 50 mins.
2. Very heavy that comes without any handles. So it is difficult to move around or shift. Dont know how to hold this while shifting.

Overall, compared to Bosch or Samsung, this is a better option as the after sales service of LG is the best in country.

Review after 2 months of use : Good product, makes very little sound while washing clothes and use less amount of water also. Go for it you won’t regret it if your budget is within this product. I had a little trouble connecting it with iOS device while android went well. It would be great if they can send an update which resolves this issue

This is a good and powerful washing machine in this price range. 8 kilo capacity helps to clean all the clothes for a family of 5 in one go. Wi fi feature may not be that helpful for all but it is a good option to have.
