Hey! In this video we’ll make a low carb meatless lasagna. The is great for anyone that has gluten restrictions or just want to enjoy a low carb meal. The lasagna can be topped with the cheese of your choice. Just bake for about 30-45 mins @ 325°. YUM!
+Ingredients
3 Zucchini (medium)
3 cups garbanzo beans (cooked)
1.5-2 cup raw chopped veggies (Red onions, zucchini, tomatoes, yellow bell peppers)
1.5 cup marinara/tomato sauce
Seasoning mix (1-2 tsp each): Oregano, Basil, Italian blend, Onion powder, garlic powder/minced
2 tbsp basil (dried)
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
+Garnish
Basil
Additional cheese
