2 and 1/4 cup cake flour or 1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder (14g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
8 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice or cream of tartar
1/2 cup white sugar (100g)
MANGO FLOUR BUTTERCREAM:
1/4 cup All purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
1/4 tsp salt
1 and a half cup milk
1 cup butter
1/4 cup mango glaze
