Marshmallow Pudding – Quick & Easy
This pudding is an easy & a very tasty recipe that you can make anytime for any occasion..

All you need is few ingredients & you can make a cute dessert for the table… This is my moms recipe of making Marshmallow Pudding with custard. You can serve just the pudding it self or with Custard on side.. I will upload another video of how to make the Custard 🙂 You should try out the pudding & I am sure you will love it 😀
🔴🔴IMPORTANT🔴🔴
**Make sure the bowl and the whisking attachment you use to beat the eggs should be very clean and dry(not have a drop of water)
**Don’t add any egg yolk to the white at all
**When you add the gelatin mixture, add little by little, also make sure its not too hot
Ingredients :
2 large egg whites
125g of sugar
2 tsps of unflavored gelatin
1/2 Cup of hot water to mix the gelatin
1 tsp of vanilla essence
2 food coloring (can use more than 2 as preferred)
Chopped roasted cashews to garnish
Dish to make the pudding
