Mexican Street Corn Salad Recipe #Shorts
Quick, Easy and Delicious Salad just like you would get from a Street Cart. Great as a side Salad or a Game Day Appetizer served with Tortilla Chips.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
• Sweet Kernel Corn – 2 – 14.5 ounce cans (Drained)
• Mayonnaise – 4 Tablespoons
• Crushed Garlic – 1 teaspoon
• Green Onion – 3 stalks chopped
• Hot Sauce (I used Tapatio) – 5-6 dashes
• Parmesan or Cotija Cheese (I used Parmesan) – 3 Tablespoons
• Smoled Paprika – 1 teaspoon
• Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and give it a good mix until all of the ingredients are well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
