Mid January Garden Update
Mid January Garden Update at Deep South Texas. The weather has been a little warm so far in January and the garden is loving it. Potatoes have been planted. Leeks have been planted. Onions as well. My moringa trees that I cut back in December have started to sprout new branches. No sign of a freeze in the next two weeks. That will put me beyond my last average freeze date of January 29th.
