MILO Cake
Hey guys! So here is my version of the famous Milo Cake, so easy to make and so yum that my kids’ loved it. Here are the ingredients and the exact measurement:
Milo batter:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milo powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoon hot water( boiling)
Whipped eggwhites mixture:
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup white sugar
Milo Buttercream Icing
1 cup butter
2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup milo
2 tablespoon hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Milo Syrup to drizzle
1/4 cup milo powder
2 tablespoon hot water
I used 8 inches pan in this recipe
