Water – 2 cups
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1 pinch
Eggs – 3 medium size
For Sugar syrup:
Sugar – 2 cups
Water – one and half cup
Lemon juice – 1/2 tbsp
* If you want, you can add cardamom powder / rose water / saffron for fragrance.
