Ninja Foodi SOFTEST Bread Recipe
Learn how to make bread in the Ninja Foodi with the Ninja Foodi SOFTEST Bread Recipe. This took a bit of trial and error but I had a lot of fun working with this recipe. I found that the overnight bread dough recipe gives the softest bread results.

RECIPE:

1 and 1/2 cups of warm water (about 100 degrees)
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1 tablespoon of honey
3 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour plus a bit more just in case
2 teaspoons of kosher salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Mix water, yeast and honey. Let it sit for 5 minutes
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir yeasty water into the flour.
Fold the dough over a couple of times in the bowl. Coat the top of the dough with oil.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 nights. 1 night is standard but 2 nights won’t hurt.
Shape the dough into a ball and put it on parchment paper, then into the Ninja Foodi air crisp basket.
Remove the plastic gasket from the pressure cook lid
Slow cook on “HIGH” for 1 and 1/2 hours with the pressure cook lid on.
Remove the pressure cook lid and close the ‘AIR FRY” lid
Use the “BAKE/ROAST” setting and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 – 25 minutes or until the bread reaches between 190 and 200 degrees on an instant read thermometer.

Let the bread cool before slicing
