In this video, I will show you how easy it is to make beef short ribs from the comfort of your home. The rub used in this recipe adds so much flavor to the ribs and it’s quick. I paired the ribs with french fries. Yum!

2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2-2.5 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp liquid smoke
