Whole Garam Masala – 1 tejpatta, 1 kali elaichi, 5-6 laung, 2 hari elaichi, 1 chakrafool, 1 ½ inch dalchini
Sabzi – 2 cups (gajar, aloo, beans, gobi)
Namak – taste hisab se
Haldi Powder – ½ tsp
Gravy ke lie –
Tamatar – 2
Whole Kaju – 25
Sabzi ke lie
Ghee – 4 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Ajwain – ½ tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Pyaaz – 1
Namak – taste hisab se
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Tamatar – 1
Haldi Powder – ½ tsp
Lal Mirch – ½ tsp
Dhania Powder – 1 tsp
Palak – ½ cup
Pudina – 15-20 leaf
Pani – 2-3 cup
Paneer – 50g
Cream – 100g
Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Cheeni – 1 tsp

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable – C

Whipping Cream – m
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
