Each recipe makes 12-14 balls
Ingredients:
Peanut butter oatmeal energy balls
7oz (200g) Pitted medjool dates
1 cup (90g) Rolled oats
1/3 cup (80g) Natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons Flax seeds
pinch Salt
Tahini oatmeal energy balls
7oz (200g) Pitted medjool dates
1 cup (90g) Rolled oats
1/3 cup (80g) Tahini paste
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
Chocolate oatmeal energy balls
7oz (200g) Pitted medjool dates
1 cup (90g) Rolled oats
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut
Directions:
1. Place pitted dated and nut butter in a bowl a food processor. Process until combined and sticky.
2. Add oat and other additions (sesame seeds, flax seeds, desiccated coconut, chia seeds or any other addition that you like) and pulse until combined.
3. Squash the mixture between your hands to form balls.
4. keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
