No Knead No Bake SKILLET PIZZA | How to Make Pizza Without an Oven?

Ingredients
For the dough:
1 whisked egg
4 tbsp of plain yogurt
1 tsp of granulated sugar
2 tsp of salt
5 g of instant yeast
1 + ¼ cup of all purpose flour
Toppings:
Tomato Sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni, olives & cherry tomatoes
Preparation
1- For the pizza dough; gather 1 whisked egg, 4 tbsp of plain yogurt, 1 tsp of granulated sugar, 2 tsp of salt, 5 g of instant yeast and 1 + ¼ cup of all purpose flour in a ziplock bag,
2- Lock the bag and mix the ingredients by rubbing.
3- With the help of the ziplock bag, dough will be ready without dipping your hands, extra bowls to wash or kitchen counter to clean afterwards.
4- When ingredients are mixed fully, let the bag sit for 15 minutes in warm water to rise.
5- Set 2 layers of parchment paper one on top of the other.
6- Put a skillet on top of them.
7- Cut the parchment paper slightly bigger than the skillet.
8- Take one of the parchments and place on the skillet.
9- Squeeze all the dough out of the bag and spread with the help of a spoon. To keep the dough from sticking, the spoon can be dipped into oil beforehand.
10- Spread tomato sauce all over the dough. If you wanna increase the flavor, you can add desired spices and herbs.
11- Sprinkle heavily with grated mozzarella.
12- Place preferred toppings on the mozarella. We used sliced pepperoni, olives and cherry tomatoes.
13- Layer the pizza with the second parchment paper and fold the outer edge inward and secure carefully.
14- With the help of the parchment paper, pizza will be cooked well on both sides.
15- Finally place the lid on and pass the skillet on stove top.
16- Cook on low heat until golden brown on the bottom.
17- Peel the parchment paper off and transfer the pizza to a serving plate.
18- Delicious skillet pizza is ready to serve.
