Classic pastry cream recipe, my absolute favorite. Can be used to fill cakes, pies, and pastries!

3/4 C. Powdered Sugar (125g)
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 C. Flour (33g)
1 C. Milk (250ml)
1 Tbsp Butter (Optional)
