Perfect Pan-Cooked CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE
If you think you can’t make a souffle, think again. Here goes an easy homemade chocolate souffle dusted with icing sugar that’s simply delicious and heavenly! 😍

You’ll need

120 ml of vegetable oil
120 ml of fresh milk
8 tbsp of all purpose flour
½ cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp of cacao powder
2 tsp of vanilla sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
Dark Chocolate
Icing Sugar(to dust)

Here’s how

1- Beat ½ cup of granulated sugar with 1 egg.
2- Add in 120 ml of vegetable oil, 120 ml of fresh milk, 8 tbsp of flour, 2 tbsp of cacao powder, 2 tsp of vanilla sugar and 1 tsp of baking powder. Continue beating until well combined.
3- Divide the batter into heat resistant small bowls or cups and place bitter chocolate at the centers.
4- Place the bowls in a pan filled with boiling water and close the lid.
5- Cook for about 10 minutes.
6- Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
7- Enjoy!
