Ingredients:
For Caramelized Sugar
1/2 Cup (100g) Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup (57g) Butter (Soften)
4 Pineapple slices (Less than half a pineapple)
1/4 Cup (60ml) Fresh pineapple juice
*(For this I used 2 Pineapple slices with 2 tbsps of water added blended using a blender, then strain the puree through a sieve to separate the juice)
1/2 Cup (113g) Butter-Room temperature soften
1/2 Cup (100g) Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 1/2 Cups (190g) All purpose Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
9 Inch baking pan with a parchment on bottom. You can also bake without a parchment if prefer..
