Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Ginger Garlic – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 chopped
Capsicum – ½ small, diced
Carrot – ½ small, diced
Matar – 3-4 tbsp
Corn – 3-4 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Pizza Sauce – 3 tbsp
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
White / Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Oregano Mix – 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Water – ½ – ¾ cup
Maida – 1 cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 ½ to 2 tbsp (less oil = more crispy ; more oil = flaky)
Cheese – ¼ cup
Water – to seal
Oil – to cook
