I purchased this PowerXL Air Fryer Grill on Amazon a few months ago but it took me a while to get it around to testing it out.
Here’s my Sweet Savant chicken marinade recipe
6 pieces of Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar (if you use apple cider vinegar only use 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 tablespoon of lemon pepper
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all the ingredients with the chicken thighs and refrigerate for 2 to 6
hours

A family member has Alz. We have a glass stovetop- However it stays hot way to long even after it is turned off- Does this unit cool down quickly on the Outside? Next question-Do you have any videos- showing the air frying of things that a person would deep fry- Everyone- demonstrates air fryers- no none of them really show or compare- air fry chicken/fish/onion rings- to deep fried foods… My goal it to eliminate deep frying- but have the same crunchiness and crispiness as deep fryed– Which all Air Fryers tout.. My goal is to get rid of 3 appliances for the person- and I'm leaning towards the Ninja Grill and Griddle because of the flay griddle– for breakfast- T.V. shows doing eggs but that's T.V. Someone should do videos for let's say the elderly-
that want to stay independantbut want to start getting rid of appliances… Alot of new products out there and we don't need all these appliances- The 5, I want to replace- A little counter top grill, crock pot and a griddle I use for making breakfast/ Our big A** stove and oven and microwave… My first concern is the safety– one person wrote- he got burned twice because the rack fell on his hand while reaching for a bottom rack.The fact that it didn't cook the toast more evenly than my toaster oven doesn't look promising.
Thanks for the share and insight! I found that food should be rotated/ turned 1/2 way through cook time to insure even cooking…as I have found to work wonders!
