Processing Turmeric Deep South Texas
Today we will be processing the turmeric we harvested from the garden. We will be slicing, dehydrating, and grinding the turmeric into powder. We will combine the turmeric with a small amount of black pepper and then fill gel capsules. My fingers only turned a little orange.
