Protein Pack Salad
Dressing :
Take a Small Jar and add
2 tbsp – Olive Oil
1 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp – Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp – Chaat Masala
1+1/2 tsp – Salt
1 no – Garlic Grated
1 no – Lemon Juice ( 2 tbsp )
1+1/2 tsp – Chilli Flakes
Close the Lid and Shake Well
Vegetables:
1/2 no – Yellow Capsicum Cube
1/2 no – Red Capsicum Cube
1/2 no – Green Capsicum Cube
Little – Cabbage Crinkle Cut
1 no – Cucumber Crinkle Cut
1 no – Carrot Crinkle Cut
1/2 no – Onion Crinkle Cut
1 no – Tomato ( Remove Middle ) Cube Cut
Mix all the things in Big Bowl
200 gm – Paneer Crinkle Cut ( Keep Aside )
Boil the Water and Put in Water for 30 Sec only and Keep in Chilled Water and Remove in 5 Min then Put in to Cloth Dry Little and then Use
1/4 Cup – Par Boiled Broccoli
1/2 Cup – Moong Sprouts Par Boiled
1/4 Cup – Sweet Corn Par Boiled
2 tbsp – Boiled Chana
2 tbsp – Boiled Rajma
1/4 Cup – Salted Peanuts
1 tbsp – Coriander Leaves Chopped
Above Salad Dressing Chilled
Mix Properly and Lastly add Paneer
Mix Lightly
1 tsp – Chilli Flakes
Mix Lightly
Serve Immediately
