Pumpkin oat cookies! 🎃 5 min healthy recipe tutorial
These baked pumpkin oat cookies are so yummy! It’s such an easy and quick recipe, you need to try it!
Ingredients:
2.5 cup oats
1 cup pumpkin purée
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 pinch of ginger powder
Decorating icing
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Step 3: Shape into about 12 cookies and place on the baking tray.
Step 4: Bake for about 12 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool before decorating! 2 cookies per serving.
