Quick and Easy Dinner Rolls
How to make quick and easy Dinner Rolls that is stays soft for days.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
4 cups bread flour (500g) or all purpose flour
1/4 cup powdered milk (40g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/3 cup unsalted butter (75g)
This recipe yields 15 dinner rolls. Baked in a 9×13 inches baking dish. If you are using a different size of baking pan please adjust the size accordingly.
Baking time may vary depending on your oven’s specifications.
