Quick And Easy Milk Loaf No Machine Needed
How to make an easy Milk Loaf at home. All you do is lift and stretch the dough a few times.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup whipping cream (120ml)
2/3 cup hot water (160ml) Not boiling, just around 50°C
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 tbsp melted butter (45ml)
2 and 1/2 cups bread flour/strong flour (340g)
Eggwash: 1 egg mix with 2 tbsps milk
