INGREDIENTS:
-226g (1 cup) Butter, soften room temperature (using salted)
-300g (1 1/2cup) Sugar
-2 large Eggs, room temperature
-236ml (1 cup) Milk, room temperature (drinking milk/whole milk)
-1 1/2 tbsp (22ml) White vinegar (you can use lemon juice)
-280g (2 1/4cup +1 tbsp) All purpose flour
-3 tbsp (21g) Cocoa powder (NOT dutch processed)
-1 tsp Baking soda
-1 tsp Vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp Salt
-3/4tsp Red Gel Food coloring

FROSTING:
-60g (4 1/4 tbsp) Butter, slightly chilled
-226g (8oz) Cream cheese, slightly chilled
-400g (3 1/4 cup) Confectioners/Icing sugar
-1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

PAN:
Two 8 inch pans, greased and lined with a parchment paper

BAKE:
Preheat oven to 350F/180C degree for about 20 minutes and bake the cake for 28-33 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean
Mine took exactly 29 minutes to bake. Baking time may change…
