Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower
Grated mozzarella
For the bechamel sauce:
2 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp of all purpose flour
300 ml of fresh milk
Salt, pepper

Preparation

1- Boil cauliflower florets in salted water until soften.
2- Drain and pass the florets in a greased ovenware.
3- Pour bechamel sauce over the cauliflowers.
4- Mix the cauliflower with the sauce gently.
5- Sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella cheese and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
6- Cauliflowers are ready to serve.
7- Enjoy!
