Makes 1 12 Cups
Ingredients –
15g – Basil
15g – Flat Leaf Parsley
15g – Spring Onion (Scallions)
7g – Dill
7g – Chives
5 – Anchovy Fillets
3 – Cloves Garlic
3 tsp – Capers, Rinsed
80ml – Fresh Lemon Juice
200ml – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Salsa Verde will last 5-6 Days in the fridge and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
