Sans Rival
For me Sans Rival is the Queen of All Desserts! The crunchiness of the meringue/dacquoise is my favorite and the creamy texture of the buttercream that melts in my mouth. Present in every occasions and holidays. It is challenging to make it though but here’s how to make it quick and easy. Here are the ingredients:
Ingredients for Dacquoise:
7 eggwhites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups cashew nuts (chopped)+1 cup for toppings
Ingredients for Buttercream:
7 eggyolks
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 and a half cup butter (softened)
