  1. My speed queen washer/dryer are 6mos old……my washer outside lid and inside are stained because of bleach…..these were a $1,000 ea. never hav I had a machine stain on me 🤷‍♀️

  2. We who work hard should be able to buy whatever kind of washer we want . The government shouldn't have any say in how much water you want to use washing clothes.

  3. Hi Boulevard, @2:45 you mention that you can select "Hot Only" for your wash cycle and no cold water will come out. I thought there was a Federal mandate about 8 years ago that all washers were required to mix hot and cold water in an effort to reduce electrical consumption. Is this no longer true? Or was my repair guy lying to me when I asked why I couldn't fill my GE washer totally with hot water?

  4. I bought the top of the line SpeedQueen back in 1985 and I gave it to my niece in 2003 when we moved. It never broke, never had it serviced, or any problem. We were a family of five and did a lot of laundry. I’ve got my daughter and sister sold on SpeedQueen. I can’t wait for the washer and dryer that was in this house when we bought it dies. I will then get my new SpeedQueen set.
