For the Buttercream
▢1 1/2 cups unsalted butter 340g, room temp
▢1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar 680g
▢1 tsp salt
▢1 cup dark or semisweet chocolate 175g, melted and cooled
For the Fluff
▢1 cup sugar 200g
▢1/2 cup light corn syrup 118mL
▢4 large egg whites room temp
▢1/4 tsp salt
For the Chocolate Drizzle
