Here’s what you’ll need:
3 and ½ cup all purpose flour (437g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 egg (55-65g)
1 cup fresh milk (250ml)
1/3 cup softened cream cheese (40g)
¼ cup softened unsalted butter (55g)
Eggwash: 1egg + 2 tbsp milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C(350°F) for 25 minutes. Im using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
