South Western Green Chili Stew
Today I am making South Western Green Chili Stew at Deep South Texas. There are few ingredients, but the taste is out of this world. If you enjoy spicy South Western food, you need to give this a try.
Ingredient List:
1.5 lbs pork (beef can be substituted)
1 lb roasted and peeled New Mexico green chili’s
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lb shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
salt and pepper to taste
