Ingredients –
Cake Batter –
3 – Free Range Eggs
1 Cup (220g) – Caster Sugar
1 Orange, Juiced (60ml)
2 Cups (300g) – Self Raising Flour
1 Cup (250g) – Plain Greek Yoghurt
1/2 Cup (120ml) – Vegetable Oil
Syrup –
1/2 Cup (125g) – Caster Sugar
1/2 Cup (125ml) – Water
2 – Limes, Zested and cut into thin strips
To Serve –
1/4 Cup (90g) – Pistachio Nuts
1/4 Cup (60ml) – Heavy Cream, Per Serve
